Today’s guest is Kenneth Conroy. Originally from Ireland, Ken moved to Vancouver in 2014 where he is now the VP of Data Science at Finn AI. Finn.ai is a full-featured conversational banking platform with their white-label chatbots and personal financial management assistants powered by AI.
Banks and other financial institutions are able toput a personal banker and financial advisor in every customer’s pocket. Wherever they are, banking customers can get queries answered and complete transactions by chatting to your business the same way they chat with their friends.
