Today’s guest is Joanne Chen, VP of Data at Thirty Madison in New York. Founded in 2017, Thirty Madison is a healthcare company bringing specialized care and treatment to everyone. As one of Built In’s Top 100 Companies in NYC, Thirty Madison work to improve how millions of people manage their chronic conditions with a patient-first approach that provides care and support from diagnosis to treatment and tracking. Their products include Keeps, a men’s hair loss solution, Cove, which focuses on migraines and Evens, which treats acid reflux. 

As the VP of Data, Joanne is responsible for enterprise analytics and AI integration from business intelligence to clinical analytics. Prior to Thirty Madison, Joanne was the VP of Data at Yieldstreet, a crowdfunding marketplace in the private credit market, where she was responsible for enterprise digital transformation from underwriting to distribution. With a PhD in neuroscience and a master’s degree in statistics from Harvard, Joanne has held various key leadership roles in data, product and strategy within healthcare and finance.
